Gina Batjeel is committed in providing excellent customer services, If a customer is unsatisfied with his product we will refund, provided the above mentioned criteria’s

How will I be refunded?

Gina Barjeel will refund you with the same method you have completed the payment for the purchase. The refund would be processed once our office has received the returned item. This could take up to 7 days. Cost of shipping would be deducted from the purchase unless the product was faulty.

What if my item is faulty?

Gina Barjeel garments come’s with guarantees mandated under the Australian Consumer Law. As such, every customer entitles for a replacement or refund if the garments had a major failure. As well, customers are entitled for compensation for loss or damage provided that is reasonable and foreseeable. Gina Barjeel will repair the garments or replace them if the garments are not of acceptable quality and is not a major failure in the garments

Gina Barjeel reserves the right to chose between providing you with a repair or other suitable remedy of the failure in the garment as long the failure is not major. For a compensation, the customer needs to provide evidence of the resulted loss or damage and evidence that it was reasonable and foreseeable result by Gina Barjeel to comply Australian Consumer Law under the consumer guarantee

How do online returns work?

Please contact info@ginaBarjeel.com.au as soon as possible after delivery to ensure your shipment is back to us within 21 days of ordering as mentioned above.

Enter you full name and the email address used to place the order
Select the items you’re returning and let us know why
IT is mandatory to including your return tracking number, and the attachment to print and stick on the top of the parcel
Lodge your return at an Australia Post outlet.

If you choose to return your parcel to us in another way and the parcel becomes lost, we will not be liable.

How will I know that you’ve received my return?

Once we’ve received your shipment at our office, you will be notified by email that the garment has been received and is to be assessed and processed.

The customer will receive a second email once a decision is made and if applicable a refund will be processed, or a repair will be conducted. This generally occurs within one business week.

How much do returns cost?.

The cost of shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total value being returned to them, except if the garment is determined to be faulty.

Can I exchange a garment for a different size, colour or style?

Under our current business model we are unable to process or accommodate garment exchange. If the customer wishes to exchange the garment for a different size or colour please contact info@ginabarjeel.com.au for further instruction

 

Returning items on international orders

Do you accept returns on international orders?

Currently we don’t have international orders in our business models. Gina barjeel will provide excellent customer service and as such We will try to accommodate for all customers. Please contact info@ginabarjeel.com.au for further support and directions.

Gina Barjeel follows the Law under the Australian Consumer Law and would provide you further benefits to the rights outlined in the Australian Consumer Law

What about any duties, taxes and shipping charges I paid?

Unfortunately, Gina Barjeel wont refunded to you if you choose to return all or part of your purchase.

How is a faulty garment defined?

A garment is deemed faulty if it is:

  • It has a manufacturing fault
  • Does not match to descriptions given to the purchaser
  • Unable to do what it is intended function

In the event that Gina Barjeel confirms a garment seems faulty and we agree to pay for the return shipping cost, Gina Barjeel reserves the right to choose a preferred international courier. Please note that if the garment is deemed not to be faulty, the cost associated with the return shipping will be deducted from any refunded price.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item and a decision is made about the return. Please note that return shipping costs are incurred by the customer.
